  • Stump grinding may leave residual debris or uneven ground.

7. Permits and Regulations

  • Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permits or HOA approvals, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We will comply with all applicable Texas state and local regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:

  • Shady Oak Lawn and Tree Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

9. Warranty and Satisfaction

  • We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within [48 hours] of service completion.

  • We may, at our discretion, offer corrections or adjustments.
